Exam Duration: Maximum 90 minutes for all candidates in their respective language (Candidates sitting the examination in a language other than their first language have a maximum of 120 minutes and are allowed to use a dictionary).

Candidates wishing to be trained and examined for this qualification must already hold the ITIL® 2011 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (the Version 3 Foundation or Version 2 Foundation plus Bridge Certificate), which shall be presented as documentary evidence to gain admission.
Adept technology is doing very good service for the corporate people to excel and fine tune their knowledge in terms of ITIL courses. Coordinating and arranging the infrastructure for conducting the test is excellent and the coloring the room is also very pleasant.
The ITIL examination and course was excellent. In the Adept Technology the trainer has very good and dept knowledge about ITIL.

Very informative, well conducted class full of interactive and lively discussions. Course facilitator (Mr. George) did an awesome job in delivering what it takes for each participant to be successful with their expectations. Got clear picture on service desk, incident management, problem management roles & responsibilities. Great job by providing a good training, easy to understand and delivered it in a very professional way yet less stressful.
